Installation
1. Confirm V02 Compatibility
Confirm that the aluminum channel being used is a compatible V02 V-shape profile before installation.
2. Position the Mounting Clips
Mark the installation positions and distribute the mounting clips along the intended channel run according to the mounting surface and required support.
3. Install the Screws and Anchors
Where appropriate for the mounting surface, install the supplied expansion anchors and secure the mounting clips using the included screws.
4. Install the V02 Aluminum Channel
Press the compatible V02 aluminum channel securely into the installed mounting clips and confirm that the profile is properly aligned and firmly positioned.
5. Install the End Caps
Fit one closed end cap and one end cap with a wire opening to each compatible channel section as required. Use the end cap with the wire opening where the LED strip cable exits the profile.
6. Check the Installation
Confirm that all mounting clips, screws, expansion anchors, and end caps are properly secured before completing the installation.
