Installation

1. Select the Correct Power & Color Function

Confirm the required 6W, 8W, 12W, 24W, 30W, or 36W model and select RGBW or RGBWW according to the required lighting effect.

2. Confirm the Ceiling Cut-Out

Check the dimensions and recommended cut-out for the selected model before preparing the ceiling opening. Each wattage uses a different fixture diameter and cut-out range.

3. Select a Compatible DC24V Power Supply

Calculate the total wattage of all connected downlights and select a regulated DC24V constant-voltage power supply with sufficient capacity for the complete lighting system.

4. Select the Matching RGBW / RGBWW Controller

Use a controller that matches the selected RGBW or RGBWW version. Control functions depend on the controller used and may include color changing, dimming, scenes, grouping, remote control, or smart-app functions.

5. Plan the Wiring

Determine the downlight positions, controller location, power supply location, and cable routing before installation. Confirm the required wiring connections and polarity before applying power.

6. Connect the Lighting System

Connect the DC24V power supply, compatible controller, and downlights according to the wiring requirements of the selected components.

7. Install the Downlights

Insert each fixture into the prepared ceiling opening and confirm that the recessed housing is securely seated and properly aligned.

8. Test the Lighting Functions

Restore power and test RGB colors, white-light output, dimming, scenes, synchronization, and other available functions through the connected controller.

Installation Note: Do not connect these DC24V downlights directly to AC mains power. A compatible DC24V power supply is required. The controller and power supply must match the selected RGBW or RGBWW lighting system and are sold separately.
